Welcome to OpenCodeDocs! Before using our services, please carefully read this Terms of Service ("Agreement"). Using our services signifies your agreement to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Description

OpenCodeDocs is an open platform focused on AI tool tutorials, providing the following services:

• Tutorial Content: Tutorials for open-source AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, etc.)
• Code Verification: Automated verification of tutorial code runnability based on source repositories
• Community Features: Users can participate in content contribution and discussion via GitHub

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Management

Registration Conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your region)
• Provide details that are true and accurate
• Each user may only register one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and must not share them with others
• If you discover your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately
• You are solely responsible for any losses caused by poor account management

Account Cancellation

You can request to cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, but publicly posted content may be retained.

3. User Conduct

When using this platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Publishing illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content
• Impersonating others or making false statements about your identity
• Accessing other people's accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the service
• Using automated tools to scrape content on a large scale (except for reasonable API usage)
• Using tutorial content for commercial purposes without complying with the license agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Open Source License Explanation

• Tutorial Content: Uses the CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, allowing non-commercial sharing and adaptation, but requiring attribution and sharing under the same license
• Site Build: This project is built using VitePress, which is licensed under MIT
• User Contributions: Content you submit is by default licensed to the platform under the above agreements

OpenCodeDocs trademarks, logos, and other brand identifiers are protected by law and may not be used without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

• Service Interruption: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure
• Content Accuracy: Tutorial content is for reference only; we do not guarantee its availability in all environments
• Code Usage Risk: You run the code in the tutorials at your own risk; we recommend testing in an isolated environment
• Third-Party Links: This site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content

6. Agreement Modification

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The modified Agreement will be posted on the website and notified to you via:

• Announcement in a prominent position on the website
• Notification sent to your registered email (if applicable)

Continuing to use our services signifies your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
• Dispute Resolution: Both parties should resolve disputes through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the defendant's location
